The Kill Room follows “an art dealer (Thurman) who teams with a hitman (Manganiello) and his boss (Jackson) for a money laundering scheme. The dark comedic thriller was directed by Nicol Paone and written by Jonathan Jacobson. The Kill Room will release in theaters on September 28, 2023.

Wikipedia explains for those unfamiliar, “The Kamen Rider media generally features a motorcycle-riding superhero with an insect motif who fights supervillains, often known as kaijin.” The franchise began back in 1971 with the Kamer Rider television series. Written and directed by Anno, the film is released by Toei Productions. The reverence for the material is evident.”
